Program Details
- Every Manager trainee is partnered with a Subject Matter Expert throughout the program
- Extensive group and one on one interaction with the entire Sr. Management Team
- Training by company co-founders and other senior management
- Hands on exposure to all processes within each and every department
- Customized training towards the end of the program that provides additional specific training based on your initial career path
- Ongoing post-graduation support
- Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate future leaders at LendSure and continue our growth and success in our industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and some proven work experience while in college
- Top consideration for GPA of 3.5 or higher
- No mortgage banking experience necessary
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with acceptable keyboarding skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills (including strong knowledge of spelling and grammar), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and math skills
- Strong communication skills, and a focus on superb customer service
- Exhibited ability to work independently
- Proficient organization skills; time management and ability to prioritize
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced and liquid environment
